If you wish to request a refund, just send us an email at xtreme-iptv-uk@pm.me and complete the short form we provide. Once reviewed, refunds are typically processed within a few business days.

We strongly recommend contacting us directly instead of opening a payment dispute. Bank or card disputes can take months, cause issues with payment gateways, and may draw unwanted attention due to IPTV’s grey-area nature in some regions.
