We do not operate as a TV broadcaster and we do not own or produce channels. Our role is strictly that of a server provider, giving customers access to aggregated streams from multiple external sources with a focus on stability and performance.
A television license is not required to use our service. However, IPTV availability and legality may vary by location, and in certain regions it may fall under gray-area regulations. For that reason, we strongly recommend using a VPN for privacy and uninterrupted access. A VPN add-on is available for those who wish to enhance protection.
Although we work to offer consistent, high-quality streaming, performance can be influenced by factors beyond our control — such as device limitations, poor internet connection, or ISP-level blocking. If your internet provider restricts access, we cannot be held responsible for the interruption.
Our support team responds quickly and works hard to assist every customer, but please understand that content requests must remain reasonable (1–3 per week). With a subscription priced at approximately £14.99 per month / £60 per year, you already receive an extensive channel lineup and VOD library. This is not traditional cable TV, and quality may vary — but compared to other providers, we aim to be one of the most reliable, transparent, and accountable services in the market, rather than operating anonymously.
We do not require full personal details to create an account, nor do we store unnecessary customer data. Payments are processed as one-time transactions, meaning no automatic rebilling occurs.

One subscription may be installed on multiple devices but supports only one active stream at a time. Shared usage is permitted within those limitations.
We provide a 7–14 day refund window, depending on the circumstances of the request. Once account credentials have been generated, cancellations are not guaranteed unless you are migrating to another server. We manage multiple servers and can move your service upon request if needed.
